About Nicole Ilg

I am a Drexel University College of Engineering Alumna. I began my career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern for BR+A Consulting Engineers in 1999. My duties were primarily HVAC & electrical system design for projects at the University of Pennsylvania MCP and Liberty Bell Center. In 2000 I began working for the United States Navy NAVSEA with a focus in steam power plant and auxiliary systems design. After graduation in 2003, I transitioned to the Army Corps of Engineers Marine Design Center and changed focus to Marine Engineering for inland waterway vessel systems. In 2007, I shifted my career path to survivability and lethality analysis at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. I married my Husband Mark in 2006 and we began our family and have four amazing children. In 2012 we built our own home and my love of real estate grew. I spent 9 years at home raising my children and connecting with my community through volunteer work. We have also become investment property owners, and own a small business. The professional roles I've served in over my lifetime have prepared me to be a pragmatic and methodical real estate agent. My personal life has taught me the value of finding a wonderful place to call home for a lifetime of happiness.
